I'm a therapist who is uniquely qualified to help you gain capacity in your life. Since beginning private practice over 10 years ago, I’ve done additional training to help people with trauma and attachment wounds (the painful parts of relationships that often begin in childhood). I understand that feeling unsafe and misunderstood can be exhausting both mentally and physically, that’s why I provide a space where it’s possible to mend the hurt places keeping you stuck.
